Dear colleagues,

Although a plan of the next CV conference in Kyoto in the coming
December was announced in vsnet-alert 9753 in November 2007, we
have decided to delay this meeting until 2010.  We are very sorry
for having bothered you.  Instead, Prof. Steve Howell and his
colleagues will hold a CV meeting in Tucson, Arizona in March
2009.  Please wait an announcement of this new plan!
