RS Oph is fading. The present faintness is comparable to the
post-outburst transient fading (around 2006 July).
The latter has been interpreted as a result of temporary
disappearance of the accretion disk. The same interpretation
appears difficult at this epoch. Time-resolved photometry is
encouraged to see if flickering is still present.
