[vsnet-alert 10209] V1006 Cyg outburst in April

   Maehara-san's April data recorded an outburst of V1006 Cyg.
The object underwent an unusual outburst in 2007 August (another
in 2006 June).  It is a pity that outburst wasn't detected in
real-time!

   Although the April outburst was already over, this detection
signals the importance of continued monitoring for this rather neglected
object.  The SU UMa-type nature has not been yet established.
