    According to Ro Stubbings, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova V699 Oph
is undergoing a bright outburst (likely a superoutburst).
The last (confirmed) superoutburst was in 2005 May (max 14.0).
Another outburst on 2007 March 17 (14.6, single detection) may have
been a superoutburst.
