[vsnet-alert 10358] FS Aur bright outburst

   According to AAVSO MyNewsFlash, Tomas L. Gomez has recorded
a relatively bright outburst FS Aur.  This object is renowned
for its absence for superoutburst despite its very short orbital
period.  This outburst is the brightest since 1994, when VSNET
members started monitoring (one outburst at mag 13.5 was recorded
by two VSOLJ members on 1989 Feb. 6, but it faded rather rapidly).

   Follow-up observations of the current outburst are encouraged.
