V1108 Her (also known as VarHer04) is a nice UGSU with a very close companion.
The star in question by Mike is probably the one at
18:39:24.30 +26:03:21.8
which has calibration photometry of
V B-V U-B V-Rc Rc-Ic
14.789 0.730 0.228 0.433 0.407
I measured it on 4 nights; it looks constant from that photometry.
The magnitude you give looks consistent with the means listed above.
I checked three time-series nights of 040630, 040701 and 040702, and
the star was stable within 0.01mag during that entire time.
