[vsnet-alert 10538] VSNET server: down and recovery

Dear colleagues,

As you may have noticed, the VSNET mail and web server, ooruri.kusastro..
was down due to a heavy thunderstorm from around 00:00(UT) on 21 Sep
to around 6:00(UT) on 22 Sep, a couple of hours ago.  The system then
recovered, and is working well now.  Although some e-mails posted in
that time have been delivered, there are probably some e-mails lost.
If your post has not been distributed, and you received an delivery-error
notice, please send it again to VSNET.  We are very sorry for your
inconvenience.
