V466 And: end of the plateau stage

We have received further data from Rudol Novak, Nakajima-san,
Jeremy Shears, and Kyoto data (observer: Ohshima-san). During the
observation on Sep. 24, the superhumps had smaller amplitudes and
broader maxima, suggesting that the termination of the plateau
was imminent. The object, as reported by Maehara-san (vsnet-alert 10547),
entered a rapid fading phase on Sep. 26-27. During the entire plateau
stage, the superhump period was observed to slightly increase at a rate
consistent with that issued in vsnet-alert 10542.

Although the object will get fainter, we encourage further continuous
photometry to record the evolution of late stage of superhumps
(see e.g. http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2008PASJ...60L..23K
for its implication) and expected rebrightening(s).
