[vsnet-alert 10591] RX Vol outburst!

  Rod Stubbings reported an outburst of RX Vol.  Although the object
is faint, the past outburst pattern suggests that a superoutburst is due.
The present outburst may be a superoutburst caught during its rise.
The last reported superoutburst was in 2008 Feb.
