V1251 Cyg - corrected and updated summary

The object was detected Maehara-san's CCD frame 0.4 d before the
initial announcement of detection. This detection confirms the
apparent rising trend on Oct. 18 recorded by J. Pietz.

Thanks (and of course congratulations!) to Hubert for notifying this
rare outburst. The typo was caused by manual conversion from JD --
we recommend to use UT values (as above), especially for notifying
such time-critical observations. This is, as I understand, one of
the main reasons for preferring UT over JD in exchanging reports
of transient objects.
