V1251 Cyg: period transition

   We have received further data from Ian Miller, Itoh-san, Nakajima-san,
Maehara-san, and Kyoto team (observer: Ohshima-san).  After the phase
with a positive period derivative, the object entered a new stage with
a shorter superhump period.  This stage started on Oct. 29 and the new
period has been 0.07574(4) d.  This transition was associated with
an upward deviation from the linear decline of the superoutburst
plateau.  Further observations are strongly encouraged since the
termination of the plateau (or possibly by a dip) is expected within
a few days.
