OT J021110.2+171624 = Catalina transient

   Catalina reports that the SU UMa-type dwarf nova OT J021110.2+171624
is undergoing a new outburst (the last superoutburst in 2008 Jan.).
Since ~10 months have passed since the last superoutburst, this ourburst
may be another superoutburst.  Follow-up observations are encouraged.
