[vsnet-alert 10689] V632 Cyg in outburst!

Can someone confirm the outburst of V632 Cyg?

The moon is disturbing but I can see a star that is somewhat brighter 
then the star NW of V632 Cyg. I should say V632 Cyg is about 14.2

It looks like the last outburst is a few years ago so it's needs confirmation.
