V632 Cyg sometimes show low-amplitude outbursts.

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
  20080827.085 17.32C (Eddy Muyllaert)
  20080828.554 161C (Hiroyuki Maehara)
  20080829.093 17.81C (Eddy Muyllaert)

  The last major outbursts were:

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
  20050109.710 134 (Pavol A. Dubovsky)
  20050110.792 137 (Gary Poyner)
  20050112.805 141 (Gary Poyner)

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
  20050415.375 142 (Mike Simonsen)
  20050416.338 <146 (Mike Simonsen)

I have been suspecting that this object is an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
Time-resolved photometry during the current outburst is encouraged!

V632 Cyg outburst photometry

Dear Colleagues,

We have finished analyzing the Kyoto Dec. 12 observation. The data seem
to show slow modulations (amplitude ~0.1 mag) with a time-scale of ~2 hr.
The periodicity has not been confirmed because of the temporary intereference
by clouds. This modulation could be a hint of emerging superhumps; since
the present outburst is a long, bright one rarely seen in recent years,
further intensive observations are strongly encouraged.
