OT J102842.9-081927: hydrogen-rich object

Kinugasa-san and colleagues (Gunma Astronomical Observatory) succeeded
in obtaining spectra of this object. The spectra showed Balmer absorption
lines (Halpha appears to be partially filled). The helium lines were
not particularly strong. These features indicate that the object
is a hydrogen-rich CV (not an AM CVn-type in outburst), resembling
V485 Cen or EI Psc. This object makes the shortest record of the superhump
period among hydrogen-rich CVs.
