KV Dra superhump period

   Maehara-san and Tomas Hynek have reported further observations.
The Kyoto team (Ohshima-san et al.) also succeeded in observation.
The mean superhump period during the first night was 0.0604(3) d.
The measured period suggests that the early evolutionary stage was
already over.  We can expect a positive period derivative on subsequent
nights.  Further observations are encouraged.
