Timur Kryachko has just discovered the new variable object in Ursa
Major with the following coordinates (J2000.0):

R.A. = 11 54 19.11, Decl. = +57 57 50.9 (+/-0.1")

The object had 18.3 mag on five unfiltered CCD images (300 sec
exposures) obtained remotely with the 300-mm Astrotel-Caucasus
telescope between 2009 May 30.93-30.95 (22:22-22:50 UT) which is about
2 mags brighter than on the archival DSS plates.

The faint blue star (B1=20.29, B2=20.48) in USNO-B1.0 catalogue has
the following position end figures: 19s.04, 51".0. The object is also
present in Sloan Digital Sky Survey as SDSS J115419.06+575750.9
(u=20.61, g=20.62, r=20.48, i=20.42, z=20.31).  It is labeled as
"QSO_faint" in SDSS data, but no spectrum is available. Thus, it might
be a cataclysmic variable in (or out of) outburst.
