V1454 Cyg superhumps update

   Josch Hambsch has further reported observations on Aug. 23-24.
The data still showed the presence of superhumps, but the mean amplitude
decreased to 0.09 mag.  A period analysis seems to suggest that
the shortening of the period (and potentially regrowth of suerhumps)
occurred between Aug. 20 and 23.   Further observations are still wanted.
