PG 0149+138 = SDSS J015151.87+140047.2 updated superhump period

   Josch Hambsch has reported observations on two nights.  The data now
favors a shorter period of 0.08491(3) d, giving a fractional superhump
excess of 3.0 %.  More observations are encouraged to see if this
has been a result of decrease in the superhump period.
