PG0149+138 = SDSS J015151.87+140047.2 rapid fading

   According to Josch Hambsch's new observations, this object entered
rapid fading stage on Sep. 26-27.  The superoutburst plateau lasted
at least 15 days and we must have observed the outburst since its
early stage, consistent with the finding from period variation.
