[vsnet-alert 11555] EG Cnc: short-term modulations

EG Cnc: short-term modulations

   Maehara-san has reported time-resolved photometry.  After combining
time-resolved photometry by Ian Miller (from the AAVSO database),
there is significant periodicity around 0.06 d.  A preliminary period
analysis has yielded 0.0594(6) d, likely consistent with the orbital
period (0.05997 d).  The profile is slightly doubly-peaked and the
amplitude was low (less than 0.1 mag).
