TT Ari: low state

   According to Maehara-san's observations on Nov. 3, and AAVSO observations
on Nov. 3 and 4, TT Ari has apparently quickly entered a low state.
The object spent much of time around mag 16-17 (almost flat without
strong flickering) with sporadic brightening episodes ranging 1.5-2 mag
and typically lasting a hour or less.  This is consistent with the
report in vsnet-alert 11633.
