[vsnet-alert 11738] EF Peg

I've received a poor quality image from the Bradford Robotic
Telescope, showing EF Peg in a possible outburst on..

Dec 19.897    13.90V

The image is trailed slightly, and with EF Peg being so 
close to the 126 field star, it's impossible to be 
100% certain.  Can someone confirm please?
