 The CRTS (Drake et al. 2009, ApJ, 696, 870) detected a bright (12.5mag)
transient at R.A.=10 44 11.43, Decl.=+21 13 07.1. The object has an 
X-ray counterpart in the ROSAT Faint Source Catalog (1RXS J104409.6+211334).
This object also has a faint blue counterpart (~ 19 mag) in the SDSS 
and the USNO catalog.
 The object is likely an outbursting dwarf nova with a large 
outburst amplitude. Time-resolved photometry are encouraged.
