[vsnet-alert 11897] V368 Per outburst

   Ian Miller reports (baavss-alert message) that V368 Per is undergoing
an outburst.  Although this object is designated as a possible Z Cam-type
dwarf nova, the low outburst frequency and the existence of short
outbursts might suggest an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
