Although some of these lines are seen in emission during the early
stage of dwarf novae in outburst, they are more frequently seen
in WZ Sge-type dwarf novae. Given the current brightness (and no
known past outburst record), the object may be a large-amplitude
WZ Sge-type dwarf nova undergoing a rare outburst!
For the time being, use the designation OT_J213806.6+261957 for
reporting (the double-star nature of the GSC star would prefer
this kind of unique designation).
