OT J213806.6+261957 update

   Maehara-san, Kiyota-san, and Javier Ruiz have reported further observations.
The period is still uncertain due to low amplitude (~0.03 mag) of variations
and poor phase coverage (short visibility and weather problem).
Although our current candidate a period of 0.0536(1) d, there are still
other viable candidate periods.  It might be difficult to identify the exact
period as in GW Lib.  Please observe as much as you can to record the
full development of the outburst!
