OT J213806.6+261957: superhump period variation

   Itoh-san, Mike Simonsen, Maehara-san and Enrique de Miguel have reported
further observations.  The positive Pdot is even more clearer.
The value of dot(P)/P = +7.0(1.0)*10^(-5).  The mean superhump period is
0.05497(1) d.  The Pdot value seems to resemble that of HV Vir, while
the mean period is shorter.
