OT J213806.6+261957 rapidly fading

   As reported by a number of observers, OT J213806.6+261957 has entered
the rapid fading stage since May 30.  The "pre-fading" plateau phase with
a slight tendency of brightening has been observed since May 24, during
which stage C superhumps emerged.  The object is expected to show persisting
superhumps even after the rapid fading.  We can also expect a rebrightening
(likely a single, not multiple).  Continued observations are encouraged.
We have to note that we have received extensive data set from Irina Voloshina,
who observed the object at Crimean AO.  We have also received data from
Enrique de Miguel Agustino, Mike Simonsen, Okayama U. of Sci. team.
