[vsnet-alert 12166] Transient at 18 38 23.52 +09 20 53.9

T. Kryachko, B. Satovsky, A. Prokopovich report the new object with
magnitude approximately 19 on the 5 subsequent unfiltered images with
exposure 300 sec, taken with a Takahashi FRC-300 30-cm f/7.8 telescope
+ CCD at Astrotel  observatory,  during of our variable stars search
program. First image taken 2010 09 10.7743. New object's coordinates:
R.A. = 18h38m23s.52, Decl. = +09d20m53s.9 (equinox 2000.0). Nothing
visible at this coordinates on DSS and 2MASS images.
Object was confirmed next night.
