SDSS J080434.20+510349.2: period variation of superhumps

Arto Oksanen, Maehara-san and Kyoto team (observer: Ohshima-san) have
reported new observations. The object continues to show complex superhump
and eclipse light curves. Despite a longer (~70 cycles) baseline, there
is little indication of a period variation (+2(2)*10^(-5)). Although such
a small period derivative is more commonly met in extreme WZ Sge-type dwarf
novae with rare outbursts, it is a rare phenomenon in a system with
a 4-year supercycle length. Further intensive observations are encouraged.
