OT J000938.3-121017: updated superhump period

   Greg Bolt has also reported observations of this new SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
The data have confirmed the decreasing superhump period.  It is more likely
that a major period change occurred between Oct. 7 and 8, rather than
in the interval after this.  The period has been more or less stable since
Oct. 8 at 0.08885(5) d.
