V406 Hya: superhumps

   Terskol team (Maksim Andreev, relayed by E. Pavlenko) and Maehara-san
have reported observations.  The Terskol data on Dec. 9 show the presence
of clear superhumps (amplitude 0.065 mag, faster rise).  The period
based on this observation is 0.0237(1) d, consistent with Nogami et al. (2004).
The detection was marginal in Maehara-san's data.
