SDSS J080434.20+510349.2: persistent late-stage superhumps
The most recent data by the Terskol team (Maksim Andreev, relayed
by E. Pavlenko) on Dec. 9 still clearly showed late-stage superhumps
about 0.15 mag) and overlapping eclipses, even after 46 d after
the termination of the rebrightening phase.
The object has been regularly observed (esp. in November) by the Kyoto
team (Ohshima-san) and Osaka Kyoiku U. team. These data also indicate
the persistence of late-stage superhumps.
The mean period and amplitude since Nov. 15 have been 0.05981(1) d
and 0.15 mag. The period is clearly longer than the superhump periods
during the plateau phase, and can be identified with the WZ Sge-type
long-period late-stage superhumps as in GW Lib and V455 And
(see Kato et al. 2008 PASJ 60, 23L and 2009 PASJ 61, 601).
