  Catalina detected a transient likely a dwarf nova outburst.
This transient exhibited four outbursts before this outburst.
Since the interval  is 300 ~ 600 days, a dwarf nova with long
outburst cycle is suspected. The amplitude of outburst is
~ 3mag.
