ER UMa : ordinary superhumps evolved
We have received further observations from Okayama Univ. of Sicence team,
Boyd Boitnott, Maehara-san, Ian Miller, Alex Baklanov (Crimean Astrophys.
Obs., relayed by E. Pavlenko), and Tom Krajci. According to these data,
the new superoutburst started. As mentioned the previous mail, negative
superhumps disappeared and the ordinary (positive) superhumps appeared
insteadly. This transition seemed to occur when the rising finished.
Using data after that, 0.06503(11) d of the superhump period is obtained.
This period supports the previous research. Although not very certain,
the superhump period seems to be shortening.
Now this object is in a very interesting state. Further observations are
required!
