ER UMa : next outburst started?

 We have received further observations from Josch Hambsch, Enrique de Miguel,
Tom Kracji, and Shiokawa-san. According to the newest data, this object have
started a next outburst (probably normal outburst) at March 24.2 after staying
at minimum for 3 days. 
 Though the amplitude of negative superhumps was very large (~0.8 mag), that
is getting shallow after the outburst began.
 The condition that this object is at the unusual state does not change.
Further continuous observations are still required!
