OT J204618.0-312128 = Catalina transient

   CRTS-SSS has detected a new CV in outburst (=SSS110413:204618-312128).
The object underwent two brighter outbursts in 2008 June 7 (14.6) and
2009 Oct. 23 (14.5).  ASAS-3 likely detected outbursts in 2001 June
(max 14.2, lasting at least for 8 d) and 2005 June (14.5, two positive
detections).  The behavior suggests an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
