V1363 Cyg: abruptly declining?

 We have received further observations from Pavol A. Dubovsky and Ian
Miller. And we also took the observations of this object.
 This object still showed QPOs with ~ 10 min and longer variations
with uncertain period. This object is almost at maximum. However,
gradually declining  continues. Especialy this object declinied by 0.2
mag during the observations of Kyoto Univ. team., though this is a part
of longer variations.

 Further observations are encouraged!
