[vsnet-alert 13346] Re: OT J210950.5+134840 = Itagaki transient

     This seems to be a good result, and the erupting star is 
identifiable as USNO-B1.0 1038-0586809, which has significant
proper motion.  (Nearby USNO-B1.0 1038-0586802 is the same star
at an earlier epoch not linked in the catalogue.  Compare with
POSS-I images to see the annual motion.)  The various Schmidt plate
catalogued magnitudes are consistent with a blue object.
There is no detection shown by VizieR outside the visible.
