[vsnet-alert 13612] very young SN Ia in M101

  As ATEL 3581 reported, a possible SN Ia is discovered in M101 by the
PTF team.  It is now (Aug 24) mag 17.2, and can reach mag 10-11 in
next dozen days.  It was below mag 20.6 on Aug. 23, so is very young.

  Position: 14:03:05.81, +54:16:25.4 (J2000.0)
