The star appears in GSC-2.3 and SuperCOSMOS from independent
scans of the POSS-II IIIa-J plate:

GSC-2.3: 3 44 50.76 +68 37 52.5 (J2000, epoch 1993.733)
SuperCOSMOS: 3 44 50.74 +68 37 52.8

...nominally blue mag 21.9 in GSC-2.3, and 22.1 in SuperCOSMOS.
Since it is present only on the single plate, it does not appear in
USNO-B1.0, which requires at least two detections for an entry to
appear in the catalogue.
