   ASAS was the first to register this object as a variable
(ESD/EC 10.72V (0.16) P=119.2) and it would likely take precedence.
Yes, there BD+20 1952 is meaningful, but there have been a number
of examples of TmzV objects which were called in TmzV names rather
than BD/CD numbers, since these names are more easily recognized
as names of variable stars.
