TV Col outburst on Nov. 21

   This outburst (including the pre-outburst data and rising phase!)
was observed by Josch Hambsch.  The rise took ~3 hours and a flare
was observed during the rising phase.  The amplitude of the outburst
was about 1.4 mag.  Since outbursts of TV Col tend to cluster,
continued vigilance on this object might be fruitful.
