[vsnet-alert 14030] DDE 19 outburst

As it was suggested in [vsnet-alert 13994], the dwarf nova in Cepheus
DDE 19 is indeed in outburst:

  20111219.953  18.0C  TAU, Ka-Dar
  20111222.771  17.1C  TAU, Ka-Dar
  20111228.900  15.4C  TAU, Ka-Dar

Unfortunately this star was not observed from Caucasus on Dec. 23-27.
It is still unclear if this outburst is a super- or a normal one. Time
series are encouraged, if your mount can reach +79.5 declination.
Coordinates of the variable are: 00 38 37.47 +79 21 37.4
