Hi everyone!

I've received R-band photometry of XMMSL1 J014956.7+533504 from
Donn Starkey that overlaps in time with the V-band time series
obtained by Bill Stein. You may find a plot with the two lightcurves
shifted to a common zero-point here:
http://scan.sai.msu.ru/~kirx/tmp/XMMSL1J014956.7/XMMSL1J0149P5335_Stein_Starkey.png

The comparison confirms variability on 0.03mag level, however I was not able to
recover any convincing periodicity from the R-band lightcurve.

Additional observations are needed to confirm or disprove the presence of a
periodic signal.

With best wishes,
Kirill Sokolovsky
