MASTER team has reported 5 new optical transients in ATel 3935
<http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=3935>. Of the most interest
to the CV community is OT J072948.66+593824.4 which is likely a
previously unknown dwarf nova in outburst at 13.3 magnitude.

I have checked Palomar plates and catalog data. They show this is an
outburst of the 18.5-19 mag blue star present in USNO and GALEX:
USNO-A2.0 1425-06944700 07 29 48.55 +59 38 25.4 R=18.8 B=18.4
USNO-B1.0 1496-0176739 07 29 48.611 +59 38 24.74
B1=18.96 R1=19.76 B2=19.48 R2=18.58 I=N/A
GALEX J072948.5+593824 FUV=20.85+/-0.26 NUV=20.43+/-0.16

The object is in Lynx constellation, very close to Lyn/Cam border, and
is currently very well suited for the long time series from the
Northern latitudes.
