   We have basically confirmed Masi's result and obtained
a period of 0.0571(5) d.  The SDSS counterpart has a blue color
consistent with this period, and the color suggests an SU UMa-type
dwarf nova rather than a WZ Sge-type one.  The observed amplitude
of superhumps is consistent with this interpretation.
