[vsnet-alert 14630] DDE 25 outburst

MASTER-Amur telescope has detected the outburst of this poorly studied
dwarf nova in Hercules identified from USNO-B1.0 catalog
(arXiv:1108.5122; Astron. Letters, 2012, Vol. 38, 4, pp.249-259).
