Dear all,

I can confirm that this star went into outburst sometime between 2012
April 10 and 2012 May 13. The star was yet brighter by 1.2 mag two
weeks before the discovery image by MISAO project. I also note this
star is identical to 2MASS 19591944+5625208 (J=15.359+/-0.048,
H=14.859+/-0.081, K=14.676+/-0.102). Unfortunately it is just 1'
outside the GALEX coverage, so no info on the possible UV counterpart
is available.

Archival photometry by MASTER robotic telescopes is listed below.
Errors of quiescent magnitudes are typically 0.1m. Please note the
simultaneous observations in two filters by MASTER-Tunka on 2011 Sep.
08. The star had the color index (B-R) of 1.2+/-0.1.
